What we collect
Only what an order or a message requires: first name, last name, email address and, if you choose to provide it, your mobile phone number. Card details are never collected nor stored by us: they are handled directly by our payment providers.
Why we use it
Your email address is used to deliver your purchase and to answer you. Your mobile number, when you provide it, is used for one purpose only: to text you a confirmation of your order, and to answer you if you reply to that message. Your consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase.
Mobile information is never shared
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never sold, rented or transferred. They are disclosed only to the technical providers strictly required to deliver the message on our behalf, who act on our instructions and for no other purpose. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third party.
Text messages

Retention and your rights
Order data is kept for as long as our accounting obligations require. You may access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and object to its use, by writing to contact@ayoubzaidi.com. We answer every request.
