Who sends these messages
Text messages are sent by DigiGrowth Solutions Inc., a Canadian company, for the online course brands it operates: The Pencil Method (thepencilmethod.com), Ecole Lumina (ecolelumina.com), Speak Aplomb (speakaplomb.com) and The Pup Method (thepupmethod.com).
How you opt in
On the order page of any of those sites, a phone number field is offered directly under the email field. It is optionaland providing it is never a condition of purchase. The field carries this notice: « Optional. We text you a confirmation of your order: one message per order, reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. » Typing your own number on your own order is the opt-in. We never buy, rent or import phone numbers.
What we send, and how often
One single message per order, confirming that the order went through and that the access is on its way by email. If you reply to that message, our support team reads it and answers you. We do not send marketing campaigns by text.
Cost, opting out and help
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, and HELP for assistance, or write to contact@ayoubzaidi.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
